E-Maxx™ Thermal Wall System is a patented method of interlocking insulating foam panels and permanently anchoring them to poured concrete walls. Specific R-values can be achieved by applying panels to one or both sides of a wall. E-Maxx™ can be used for above or below-grade applications and is easily incorporated into current poured wall-forming systems.

E-Maxx™ panels can be eliminated where redundant or unnecessary, so you only pay for what you need, where you need it, giving you total control. Insulating your basement with the E-Maxx™ Thermal Wall System opens up new possibilities for usage and can effectively add to the usable square footage of your home; a warm, dry basement increases your comfortable living space.

The E-Maxx™ Thermal Wall System allows builders to provide insulation, moisture protection and interior/exterior wall framing in one simple procedure. E-Maxx™ panels even include integrated furring strips so cladding and drywall can be hung immediately, saving time and money.

E-Maxx™ is environmentally friendly and helps new construction adhere to Green Building Principles. E-Maxx™ panels consist of Expanded Poly-styrene (EPS) foam. They do not contain any CFCs, HCFCs, HFCs or formaldehyde, and emit no harmful fumes into the living space. All told, E-Maxx™ provides a drier, warmer and safer living environment than block and uninsulated concrete walls.

The patented design of E-Maxx™ "T-Stud" incorporates furring strips which run the full height of the wall. These are used as studs for finishing drywall or other interior finish materials. E-Maxx™ E-Studs are a full 2" wide and run continuously from the bottom to the top of the wall, making finishing applications and locating studs after the wall has been finished much simpler. This separates E-Maxx™ from its competition and will save you on stud work later.
